What's the difference between Business and Enterprise?
Business is a single-tenant deployment we operate for you in our cloud account. Enterprise puts the deployment in your tenancy — either ours-to-operate (BYOC) or yours-to-operate (self-hosted). Business gets you isolation without ops; Enterprise gets you isolation and root.
Where does the data live?
Business: UK South or EU West, your choice, single-tenant. Enterprise: wherever your cloud account or datacentre is. We do not move data out of region under any circumstances on Business or Enterprise.
What if we outgrow our tier?
Business to Enterprise is a migration, not a rebuild — same data model, same apps, different deployment shape. We've done the migration before; estimate four weeks end-to-end.
Is white-label / branding available?
App-level white-label (custom name, icon, support address) is available on Enterprise. Branded native apps published under your developer account is a paid-engagement add-on; ask us for a scope.
Do you support government / defence customers?
We're set up for it — self-hosted, air-gapped, source-review — but each deployment is bespoke. Contracts go through Mia Bazo Ltd; reach out and we'll route the conversation appropriately.
What about the paid-deposit "introductions" feature?
The refundable-deposit introduction mechanic is currently disabled on Business and Enterprise tiers; verified-network membership is the access control. Paid intros for the B2B side are on the roadmap.
